Simply the Best 11 Poprad
European Kickboxing Championship headlines Simply the Best 11 Poprad on October 1, 2016 at Arena Poprad. The event is the third edition in Slovakia, following STB 6 Poprad in 2015 and the pilot of the series presented in 2014. Three WKN titles will be contested during the evening.
The promoter of the show is Lukas Bodyy. The coordinator is Petr Lamac of Czech. The championship supervisor is Osman Yigin of Belgium. The President of the World Kickboxing Network Stephane Cabrera attends the gala.
In the main event Vladimir Idranyi of Slovakia takes on Matous Kohout of Czech. The challenge is for the WKN European light heavyweight title. In the semi-main event Samuel Hadzima of Slovakia is up against Xavier Lejour of Belgium. The WKN International lightweight title is on the line.
As well, the current WKN MMA middleweight champion Vitor Pinto of Portugal faces off Emin Sefa of Slovakia in defense of the belt. In addition, STB 6 Poprad makes history, with Andres Dussan as the first kickboxer out of Colombia to compete on European soil, when he takes on Tomas Senkyr of Slovakia.
